Dr Daniel Crompton is an Emergency Physician and Director of Emergency Department. A trusted, high-energy leader and team builder, Daniel is passionate about developing positive, high-performance clinical cultures that support both staff wellbeing and high-quality patient care. His leadership approach focuses on collaboration, engagement and creating teams that work effectively in complex and demanding healthcare environments. Daniel also has a strong interest in medical education and community engagement. He has previously contributed as a speaker at the emx Conference, sharing practical insights and engaging clinicians through collaborative learning.
