Phyllis is a senior emergency physician and educator at Northern Hospital, Melbourne. She was awarded her FACEM in 2006 and a Master of Clinical Education in 2017, and is Co-Director of Emergency Medicine Training at Northern Health and Victoria Regional Censor for the Australasian College for Emergency Medicine. She works across teaching, training, assessment and advocacy for emergency trainees, with a particular interest in training programs built around how each learner actually works — and in preparing the next generation of emergency clinicians for real change in how EM training and assessment are done.
